Delete your data

You can remove your data from SOCIALBOY at any time.

Disconnect Instagram or Facebook

In Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, and remove SOCIALBOY. From then on we cannot publish for you, and the access key we stored stops working. To have it erased as well, delete your account as described below.

Delete your whole account

Email hello@by-paperboy.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. Within 30 days we delete your brands, photos, videos, captions, schedules and connected accounts, and reply to confirm.
